What areas do you serve?

oolala balloons is based out of Raleigh, NC and serves the surrounding areas including Chapel Hill, Durham, Wake Forest, Clayton, Cary, Apex, Garner… For delivery orders, we charge $3/mile from our studio in 27607 with a $30 minimum regardless of distance.

What is a grab & go garland?

Grab & Go Garlands are a cost-effective way to add that oolala factor to your event! We put them together and provide you with instructions and you pick up, hang, and style to your liking. Delivery is available upon request.

What kind of events do you service?

The limit does not exist! From birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, weddings, anniversaries, graduations, and holidays to corporate events, storefront/interior decor, launches, photoshoots, and conferences, we’ve got you covered!

How long do your balloons last?

Indoor balloon garlands can last up to a month or more (no guarantees) if kept away from direct heat and sunlight. This makes them a bonus with store displays!

What are your terms and conditions?

oolala balloons is not liable for balloons once they are out of our care. We use only the highest quality balloons and materials, however, some may pop, deflate or oxidize sooner than anticipated especially if exposed directly to the sun and high temperatures. We cannot guarantee your balloons will last once they have been delivered or picked up. Environmental factors, including weather, children, pets, different surfaces, hot or cluttered car conditions, and foliage can jeopardize the lifespan of our creations. We will replace anything we pop in transportation or during setup. By booking with us, you have read and agree to the terms outlined in this document.

How long before my event do I need to book?

The sooner the better! Booking at least 2 weeks in advance allows us time to design your custom installation and help with sourcing materials. If you have an event date and venue but are not exactly sure what type of balloon décor you would like yet, you can reserve your date with a $150 deposit and we will be in touch to work through the details.

Last-minute orders are only accepted based on our availability and may be limited to only the balloons we have in stock. The order total for last-minute bookings will be due upfront and may be subject to a rush booking fee.

Payment in full is due 2 weeks prior to your event.

What do your installations cost?

Custom balloon décor pricing varies based on the type of design, complexity, length, volume, and delivery & installation costs. However, $400 is our project minimum. All of our garlands are priced per foot so having measurements of the space where you would like your balloons to go will help give you a general idea of cost.

Delivery Fee:

We calculate delivery & installation fees on top of your order. The delivery fee is calculated based on the distance from our studio at 27607 to your event location.

Installation Fee:

Our installation fee is 20% of your order subtotal. Certain deliverable items are exempt from this installation fee!

Are your balloons environmentally friendly?

We only work with the highest quality latex and foil mylar balloons on the market. Our natural rubber latex balloons are 100% biodegradable. We also advocate smart balloon practices including proper disposal of balloons once they are popped or deflated.

What is your cancellation policy?

For Custom Installation Orders:

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your event date and I would be happy to apply your deposit to a future booking. Cancellations less than one week from your event are no longer eligible to be rescheduled. Deposits are non-refundable.

Grab & Go Orders:

If you need to reschedule your booking, you must do so at least one week prior to your pickup date.

Are you insured and licensed?

Yes! We’ll go to any height to set up your balloon installation so rest assured, we are insured just in case. Also, we are a registered LLC.
